- I was born in Gravesend, Kent. My three brothers are Philip, Keith and Martin; Anita is my sister. Caroline and Theresa are my daughters, Chris is my son. My grandchildren: Kelly (mum of my great grandsons Connor and Thomas), and Paul. Kira and Cody are Chris's children. I trained as a ballet dancer, danced as a Tiller Girl, was married to a policeman, the father of my children. My passion is writing. My novel 'A Roman Smile' was published in 2007. Mike and I were married in September 1997. We lived for ten amazing years in Greece. Since returning, I have been creative writing tutor for the u3a Summer Schools since 2016, and since 'lockdown' four Creative Writing courses via Zoom
